CabioOS (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides CabLinc and CabComply, software for elevator service companies and QEI inspectors. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

• Account information — name, company, email, phone, billing details
• Service request data (CabLinc) — photos, videos, data plate information, fault codes, and problem descriptions submitted through intake forms or QR-code requests
• Call data (CabLinc) — calls to your AI or live-answering line may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality, and dispute-resolution purposes. [Add state-specific consent/disclosure language here per attorney review.]
• Compliance data (CabComply) — equipment records, inspection history, certificates, jurisdiction information, and violation/photo evidence you upload

To provide and improve the service, route and respond to service requests, generate compliance reports, process billing, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

Calls to a CabLinc-enabled business line may be answered by AI, routed to a live agent, or both, and may be recorded. This applies only to your general business line. CabLinc’s AI and live answering does not replace the certified emergency monitoring service required for your in-cab ASME A17.1 emergency phone — that line and its data are handled by your separate monitoring vendor, not CabioOS.

We share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, call answering/BPO partners, payment processing)
• Building owners or property managers, where a CabComply client portal is enabled by the inspector or service company you work with
• Law enforcement or regulators, where legally required

We do not sell your information.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet compliance, audit, and legal record-keeping requirements relevant to elevator inspection records. [Attorney: confirm retention period against any applicable AHJ/state record-keeping rules.]
