Terms of Service

By using CabLinc or CabComply, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

CabioOS provides two products: CabLinc (website, intake, phone answering, and dispatch tools for elevator service companies) and CabComply (compliance tracking and reporting tools for QEI inspectors and service companies).

You’re responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under your account, including staff or technicians you grant access to.

You won’t use CabioOS to violate any law, misrepresent your credentials or licensure, or submit fraudulent inspection or service records.

CabLinc’s AI and live-answering features apply only to your general business line — scheduling, quotes, and non-emergency reports. They are not a certified emergency monitoring service and do not satisfy ASME A17.1 requirements for in-cab elevator emergency phone response. You remain solely responsible for maintaining a separate, certified emergency monitoring service for every unit’s in-cab phone line. CabioOS is not liable for emergency-line failures, since CabLinc does not provide emergency-line monitoring.

CabComply helps you track certificates, inspection cycles, and jurisdiction requirements, but it does not replace your professional judgment, licensure, or independent verification of applicable code requirements. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your own inspection and compliance records.

CabioOS retains ownership of the platform and its underlying software. You retain ownership of the data, photos, and records you submit.
